By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the app.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the PolyGOAT app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you provide your email address so we can create and manage your account and keep your learning progress.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You cannot post, upload, share, transmit, or otherwise provide any content or information through the PolyGOAT app. All content in the PolyGOAT app is provided exclusively by Language GOATS.

All content, features, functionality, materials, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and any other elements within the PolyGOAT app are the exclusive property of Language GOATS and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, or otherwise using any content from the PolyGOAT app under any condition, without express written permission from Language GOATS.
The PolyGOAT app uses some open-source licensed assets. All such open-source licensed assets are clearly mentioned and attributed within the PolyGOAT app. These open-source assets are not subject to Language GOATS' copyright restrictions, but remain subject to their respective open-source licenses as indicated in the PolyGOAT app.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
The information on the PolyGOAT app is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Language GOATS excludes all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to the PolyGOAT app and the use of this app.
The PolyGOAT app includes humorous content and is intended for entertainment and language learning. Nothing in the PolyGOAT app is investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not aim to hurt anyone; please interpret the content in a lighthearted, humorous way.
In no event shall Language GOATS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the PolyGOAT app.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Language GOATS operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. We are not obligated to notify users in advance of any changes.
